I believe that you have a right to enjoy food and feel good in your body. As a registered, licensed dietitian and nutrition expert who provides personalized health coaching for adults and families, I will productively work with you and meet you where you are to help you live your most healthy life.

Whether you want to take the stress out of eating and free yourself from the cycle of dieting, are frustrated with your child’s eating habits, or are interested in trying lifestyle changes to manage a health condition, we will work together so that you can achieve realistic goals and gain confidence in your ability to listen to and trust your body.

In addition to my 7+ years of work as a registered dietitian, I have written extensively on food and health for magazines and websites including WebMD,, Yoga Journal and EatingWell. Plus, I’m a nutrition expert sought out by major publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Cosmopolitan, The LA Times, Epicurious, and Prevention.

I hold a masters degree in Nutrition and Education from Columbia University and have been practicing and teaching yoga for 15 years.
